We, as the Dude Perfect Team, have decided to try and use the interest that has come from our videos for a cause greater than ourselves…that is, reaching out to help others in need.
Don’t get us wrong, as you can tell we love to entertain and are quite happy that people enjoy watching our videos, maybe almost as much as we enjoy creating them. But, we also understand that it’s not all about us, and we want to do what we can to try and help those less fortunate.
We are excited about the kids we are supporting and hope that you will join us in this mission. Dude Perfect started as a whole lot of nothing, 6 college roommates, all extremely competitive. We started betting lunches on a few trick shots in the backyard in College Station, TX. After quite a few free lunches went the bearded guy’s direction, we started filming. We threw our video up on YouTube and people seemed to like it, so we made a second one. Tyler (the bearded guy) has a family ranch in Morgan, TX (just outside of Waco), and that’s where the Ranch Edition was born – styrofoam wakeboarding shot behind a four-wheeler and all.
Yes, these shots are real! We know some are hard to believe, but our philosophy has always been: Just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

Ultimately, Dude Perfect is a group of college guys that follow Jesus. We didn’t plan on this type of interest in our videos and we’re incredibly grateful. We want to use this platform for something bigger than us.
